New Middle Age is here to improve the image, outcomes and lived experience of all people aged 50 to retirement.

At a time of and increasing longevity and population ageing, society is challenged as it never has been before to find the balance in later life – helping people to stay in work and not retire too soon, but at the same time be there for the older generation and relieve the burden on social care. Both the economic and social contributions of the 50 to retirement generation are urgently needed.

New Middle Age is here to represent this generation – to make sure we have an accurate and positive image of them, that we recognise the evidence that shows they are effective and productive, but, most importantly of all, that we allow them to find the balance in their own lives.

We are here to drive the change which will enhance outcomes and improve lives for people in the 50 to retirement generation.
